1 Cup freshly grated coconut
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
Rose essence and raspberry red color few drops
8 Tbsp condensed milk
4 tbsp sugar
Method:
Churn freshly grated coconut in a mixi jar for even texture. Now mix all above ingreadients in a microwave safe bowl. Put it in a microvawe on 100% power for 4 to 5 mins or till mixture becomes homogeneous. After the mixture cools down roll it in your favourite shape. My fav is modak.
Can we use plain milk instead of condensed milk ?
