४० ग्राम ओवा,
२० ग्राम काळे जीरे
हे एका व्यक्तीसाठीचे प्रमाण आहे. यात फरक करू नये.
प्रमाण
वजन करूनच घ्यावे....
>
>
>
> कृती : वरील तीनही वस्तू लोखंडाच्या कढईत सौम्य
तापमानात
(साधारण लालसर होईपर्यंत) वेगवेगळ्या भाजून
घ्याव्यात.
नंतर तीनही वस्तू एकत्र करून मिक्सरमधून पावडर
करावी.
रात्री झोपताना एक चमचा (टी स्पून) पावडर एक कप
कोमट पाण्याबरोबर घ्यावी.
पाणी कोमट घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

> हे चूर्ण रोज घेतल्यामुळे शरीरात कुठेही कानाकोपऱ्यात

Quick Modaks

1 Cup freshly grated coconut
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
Rose essence and raspberry red color few drops
8 Tbsp condensed milk
4 tbsp sugar

Method:
Churn freshly grated coconut in a mixi jar for even texture. Now mix all above ingreadients in a microwave safe bowl. Put it in a microvawe on 100% power for 4 to 5 mins or till mixture becomes homogeneous. After the mixture cools down roll it in your favourite shape. My fav is modak.

Dates and dry fruits laddu

Roast dates in little bit of ghee until softened. Then grind them. Grate half proportion of jaggery . Add this to dates and roast the mixture in ghee for two three minutes. Cool down the mixture and add coarsely ground roasted dry fruits. Make ladoos of this mixture.

Oats recipe by Vishpala

Oats recipe
1. Mushroom masala oats -
Shallow fry/ grill mushrooms for 1 min so they lose water. Then add lot of onion in cumin seed and coriander seed seasoning. After onion turns golden brown add little tomato (1/4 of onion approx). Then add mushroom and cook them well. Add red chili powder, garam masala and salt to taste. After that add oats, spring onion and water and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 6-8 button mushroom, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup onion

2. Green oats
Grind curd, salt, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, basil together till coriander leaves are finally ground. Boil green peas till they are cooked properly.
Add olive oil to pan. Don't heat much. Add funnel seeds and add the above curd, boiled green peas and oats. Add water and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup green peas. Water as required.

3. Masala oats
Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf, garlic, ginger, onion, tomato, garam masala, fresh coconut, whole red chili. Sauté till onion becomes golden brown. Grind above to super fine texture. Use water while grinding.
Boil any pulses of your choice - sprouted moong/ matki/ black Chana etc so that it's cooked properly.
Add oil to pan. Sauté masala till it becomes completely dry. Add boiled pulses. Now add water and oats and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup onion, 1/4 cup pulses. Water as required.

4. Thai style oats
Cook plain oats in coconut milk and basil leaves.
Add olive oil to pan and don't heat much. Add onion, ginger, very little garlic, capsicum, corn, beans and sprint onions to pan. Add red chili powder, salt and black pepper. Sauté till they become crisp. Then add cooked oats, keep heat on only for 1 min.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 3/4 cup coconut milk. Or 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup water.

Mugachi chhilaka wali dal ratri bhijat ghalavi. Sakali ti dal duvun tiche chhilake kadhave. Thodese rahile tari chalatat. Mag tyatali 1-1/2 portion dal bajula kadhavi. Bakichi dal jadsar vatun ghyavi. 
Vatleli dal aani bajula kadhaleli akkhi dal mix karavi. Tyat hiravi mirachi aani lasoon vatun ghalava. Kothimbir kapun ghalavi. Meeth ghalave. And talave. Tyachya jodila kanda lamb chiralela khava aani mirachi talun khavi.

laddu of wheat n poha

Fry 1 cup poha and 2 tbsp. Dink in ghee, then add little more ghee aand add 4 cups of wheat flour, roast nicely. Roast half cup dry coconut. Add nutmeg, cardamon powder and 3 cups ground sugar. Make laddus.
Iron rich complete food. Good 4 wtgain n children

Pasta in White wheat sauce

Ingredients:
150 GM pasta (any pasta)
2 cup milk
2-3 pods of garlic (optional)
2 slices of cheese
5~6 table spoon wheat powder
Herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary (powdered) as u like half spoon each
1 spoon pepper powder
Vegetables (baby corn, sweet corn, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, onion, olives)
2-3 spoon olive oil

Preparation:
Boil water, add salt 1 spoon oil. Add pasta in boiling water. . Let it cook for 10-12 mins. Once cooked strain pasta. . Rinse pasta in cold water n keep aside.

Heat oil in a vessel. . Add chopped veggies and chopped garlic (optional) . Add herbs..Let veggies cook . Mix wheat powder in water and make paste. Add 4-5 cups of water in cooked vegetables.  Once water is half boiled add wheat paste and milk. Let it cook. Add salt, pasta n cheese. . Allow to cook for another 3-4 mins. Serve hot

Garlic bread

Ingredients:
Bread
3 pods of garlic
3 spoons butter
1 spoon oregano
Cheese (optional)

Preparation:
Grate garlic and mix it with butter. Apply it on one side of bread and roast buttered side on low flame. When roasting other side of bread keep small cheese pieces on buttered side. So cheese will melt slightly . Sprinkle oregano on buttered side. Searve hot.

Mutton Biryani

Non veg biryani-----
For Marination -
1 kg mutton ghevun tyat alla- lasoon paste 2-3 t sp ghalavi. Tyat 1/2 t sp halad, 1-2 t sp garam masala powder, salt taste pramane, hirvi mirchi+ jeere+ kothimbir yache vatan( tikhat kiti have tya pramane) ghalave. Tyat sadharan 1/2 lit te paun liter dahi ghalave. 1-2 tamal patra ghalavi. 2-3 tsp dhana powder ghalavi. 1-2 vati talalela kanda ghalava. And ek Tass marinate karun thevave. 
For rice------
Paun te 1 kg tandul( biryani rice) bhijvun thevava.
Eka motthya still chya bhandyat jitka rice aahe thyachya tippat pani ghyave. Tyat 1 tsp shajeere, khada garam masala ghalava. Jitake meet lagate tyachya tippat ghalave. Panyala ukali yeu dyavi. Mag tandalatale pani kadhun te ukalatya panyat takave. Tandool kachha pakka shijala ki pani nitalun ghyave. 

For final biryani-----
Jya bhandyat biryani karayachi asel te bhande aata gas var thevave. Tyat sadharan 1/4 kilo peksha thodese kami tel ghyave ani tyat 3-4 motthe kande ubhe ubhe chirun golden brown hoiparyant talave. Mag tyat masala lavlele mutton takun partave and cooker la 2 shitti karavi. Punha tya bhandyat ardhe shijalele mutton kadhun tyavar thoda cut kelela pudina, kothimbir and talalela kanda thode takave. Tyavar bhatacha layer takava. Tyavar 1/4 kg toop sodave. And punha pudina, kothimbir and talalela kanda takun zakun thevave. Gasvar ek tava thevun tyavar he bhande thevave. And gas barik karun zakun thevave. Sadharan 20-25 minutes madhe biryani ready

Roti noodles

Using kitchen scissors cut chapati into thin strips.heat oil in pan n saute garlic n onions. Add sliced broccoli, bell papers or any vegetables u want along with chilly tomato sauce n soya sauce n sesame seeds. Add roti strips n mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice. Garnish with cherry tomatoes cool slightly n pack it in tiffin.

उकळुन गार केलेल्या दूधामधे चविप्रमाणे गूळ घालून ठेवावे॰ भोपळ्याच्या मोठ्या फोडी साल काढून उकडून घ्याव्या॰ शिकरण खायच्या वेळेस उकडलेल्या फोडी तयार केलेल्या दूधात कुसकराव्यात॰ वेलदोडा पूड घालणे॰

Tips

Tip ... I add little metkut while grinding chatnis, it enhances taste n nutrition value. Also cut fruits n salads in big portions. Smaller d pieces cutmore d vitamin losses

Healthy Tiffin tips

sprouts r good option 4 tiffins.  don't mix together. Give 1 at a time. I.e. green moong 1 day, matki 1 day. Other tifin prot options r curd buttermilk paneer cheese nuts tofu or mix prot n cereal like in dosa apan etc.

Quick cheese balls

finely chopped onion, capsicum, steamed green peas n corn. Mix together add black pepper powder n salt. Add grated cheese yache small balls karane take a bread slice remove sides. Hat thode  ole karun ghyayache n bread slice madhe ek ball stuff karun pack karane. Ase sagale balls ready karun fry karane.

Gobi paratha

1 motha kobi khisun ghyaycha
2 mothe onion pan kisun ghyayche
Telat kanda changla brown hoeparyant partaycha mag tyat kobi takaycha chimutbhar halad 2chamche lal tikhat mith 1 chamcha garam masala 1 chamcha aale lasun paste takaychi aani changle partayche tytil pani purn aatle pahije mag saran gar karun kankechi lati lataychi mag tyat 1 chamcha saran bharun band karayche parat latayche

Chiku halwa

Chikku pulp mixi madhun barik karane. Like other halwas tupawar pure bhajun ghe thode dudh ghalun. Khawa add karane. Sakhar thodi karan chikku khup god asato. Add kesar n veldoda pwdr. Milun yayla pahije sagale.

Pepper n Garlic rassam:

take 5 to 6 cloves of garlic (big ones) deshi lasun asel tar 1 gadda, 1 spoon pepper, 1 spoon jeera crush all this coarsely. Heat ghee in a pan put mustard seeds, once it starts crackling add methi seeds, hing, 10 to 15 curry leaves, 1 spoon dhaniya powder, add crushed garlic pepper mixture fry fr 1 min. Add 1 spoon of tamarind pulp or limba evadhya chinchecha kol or you can use crushed boiled tomato bt I like it wid tamarind. Add water, salt as per taste, chopped coriander and boil till it becomes homogeneous. Serve hottt

VEG BIRYANI

1 kg tandalasathi:

Veges for biryani:
Beans, batata, vatana, gajar
Ya Bhajya kapun thodya fry karun ghyavya.
For base or masala:
Tel ghevun tyat 4 kande ubhe chirun golden brown karave. Tyat 4 -5 tomato ubhe patal chirun te pan paratave. Mag tyat 2-3 t sp alle-lasoon paste ghalavi. Hirvi mirchi+ jeere+kothimbir yanche vatan ghalave. Tyat dhana Pawdar2 t sp and jeera powder1 tsp ghalavi. 1/2 tsp garam masala ghalava. Mag tyat fry kelelya bhajya ghalavyat. Sadharan 1/2 lit dahi ghalave and zakun thevun vaf aanavi and gas band karava.

For rice------
Paun te 1 kg tandul( biryani rice) bhijvun thevava.
Eka motthya still chya bhandyat jitka rice aahe thyachya tippat pani ghyave. Tyat 1 tsp shajeere, khada garam masala ghalava. Jitake meet lagate tyachya tippat ghalave. Panyala ukali yeu dyavi. Mag tandalatale pani kadhun te ukalatya panyat takave. Tandool kachha pakka shijala ki pani nitalun ghyave.

For final biryani-----
Tayar masalyavar pudina kothimbir kapun ghalavi and talalela lal kanda ghalava v bhatacha layer ghalava. Tyavar punha pudina kothimbir v talalela kanda ghalava. Tup sodave sadharan 1 vati. And 15-20 min khali tava thevun zakun thevave.

Mirichi Bhaji

ajari lokansathi ek recipe
Heat a non steak pan add 1 spoon gee. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder to ghee then add 1 tbsp Atta.
Roast fr some time add 1 tsp ginger paste, halad.
Add some water, salt as per taste coriander.
Boil till it becomes thick. Serve hot.
You can add boiled potato if you wish otherwise serve as is.
Squeeze lemon before serving.

Cake

2 vatya sakhar 2 vatya maida 2 chhote amul butter 6 eggs 1 chamacha baking powder,essence..........pahili sakhar mixer madhe barik karun ghene nantar tyat butter takave aani mixer madhunach firavun ekjiv karun ghyave mag tyat eggs ghalun parat ekjiv karave.....sagale budbude yei paryant mixer madhun firavave......mag paratit kadhun ghevun tyat essence baking powder maida ghalun fetave....he mixture cake chya bhandyat kadhun ghyave .....25-30 mins sathi bake honyasathi thevave....ur cake is ready....

spinach n cheese pancake

Its easy n full of proteins, carb iron n vit.

1/3 of kanik, maida, milk each. Wid 2 tbsp melted butter n salt. Mix these in 1 cup water n make batter. Heat nonstick tava , put d batter n turn tava. So that it spreads round. Cook for 30 sec each side. This quantity makes 7 pancakes.

Stuffing .. heat butter in pan, add onion, garlic for 2 min. Add spinach, tomato, salt ( all finely cut raw). Cook for 5 min. Remove fr gas n add grated cheese. Mix well.

Fill 2 tbsp stuffing inside pancake or serve on side of each pancake.

Instant Bhatura

1:1 maida and rava, 1 pinch baking powder, salt, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp oil

Make a dough with water n roll bhatura and deep fry

Kadhai Chole

take boiled chole 1 big bowl add salt, black salt, dry ginger powder, garam masala, chat masala, amachur powder, hing, red chilli powder, chopped onoin, tomato, green chilli, dry pudina leaves. Mix all together well.

Heat pan (prefer iron kadhai) add 1 tbsp ghee and immediately carom seeds don't wait till ghee becomes hot. Add cumin seeds once ghee becomes hot. Add above mixture and stir well. It tastes great. You can boil chole and keep them in deep fridge for a month. And you can make this any time you want.

Banana Pancake


Take 4 tbsp banana powder, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp drinking chocolate n make a batter of pancake by adding milk. Make pancakes ( you can add 1 tbsp oats if she likes) drizzle honey n top wid sliced bananas.
