Chocolate rolls

Chocolate roll la 2 pude marrie biscuits, paun wati coco, 1wati pithi sakhar, n 1 wati dudhat chocolate syrup wirghalavun
Tyat 1 wati pithisakhar, paun wati coco powder ghalalayachi
Chocolate syrup ghatlele dudh ghalun chan kanik malalyadarakhe pith malayache
Thapun gheun tyawar dryfruits , pithisakhar bhurbhurayachi
Roll it n set it in fridge for one hour
N mag chan cut karayache....

Mango cheese cake

Mango cheese cake la....200 gm paneer kisun, 2 tbs giletine panyat wirghalawun, 1 tin milkmaid, 200 gm cream, mango pulp

75 ml panyat 2 tablespoon geletine wirghalwun ghya....te bhanda garam panyat thewa...within moments geletine will b ready
Kislele paneer, 1 tin milkmaid, geletine n mago pulp fine mixi karun ghya
Chan wisk karun cream tyat taka

Dates and dry fruits laddu

Roast dates in little bit of ghee until softened. Then grind them. Grate half proportion of jaggery . Add this to dates and roast the mixture in ghee for two three minutes. Cool down the mixture and add coarsely ground roasted dry fruits. Make ladoos of this mixture.

Oats recipe by Vishpala

Oats recipe
1. Mushroom masala oats -
Shallow fry/ grill mushrooms for 1 min so they lose water. Then add lot of onion in cumin seed and coriander seed seasoning. After onion turns golden brown add little tomato (1/4 of onion approx). Then add mushroom and cook them well. Add red chili powder, garam masala and salt to taste. After that add oats, spring onion and water and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 6-8 button mushroom, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup onion

2. Green oats
Grind curd, salt, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, basil together till coriander leaves are finally ground. Boil green peas till they are cooked properly.
Add olive oil to pan. Don't heat much. Add funnel seeds and add the above curd, boiled green peas and oats. Add water and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup green peas. Water as required.

3. Masala oats
Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf, garlic, ginger, onion, tomato, garam masala, fresh coconut, whole red chili. Sauté till onion becomes golden brown. Grind above to super fine texture. Use water while grinding.
Boil any pulses of your choice - sprouted moong/ matki/ black Chana etc so that it's cooked properly.
Add oil to pan. Sauté masala till it becomes completely dry. Add boiled pulses. Now add water and oats and cook for 3 mins on medium heat. Don't overcook.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup onion, 1/4 cup pulses. Water as required.

4. Thai style oats
Cook plain oats in coconut milk and basil leaves.
Add olive oil to pan and don't heat much. Add onion, ginger, very little garlic, capsicum, corn, beans and sprint onions to pan. Add red chili powder, salt and black pepper. Sauté till they become crisp. Then add cooked oats, keep heat on only for 1 min.
My proportion - 1/4 cup oats, 3/4 cup coconut milk. Or 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup water.

Daal Wada

Mugachi chhilaka wali dal ratri bhijat ghalavi. Sakali ti dal duvun tiche chhilake kadhave. Thodese rahile tari chalatat. Mag tyatali 1-1/2 portion dal bajula kadhavi. Bakichi dal jadsar vatun ghyavi. 
Vatleli dal aani bajula kadhaleli akkhi dal mix karavi. Tyat hiravi mirachi aani lasoon vatun ghalava. Kothimbir kapun ghalavi. Meeth ghalave. And talave. Tyachya jodila kanda lamb chiralela khava aani mirachi talun khavi.

laddu of wheat n poha

Fry 1 cup poha and 2 tbsp. Dink in ghee, then add little more ghee aand add 4 cups of wheat flour, roast nicely. Roast half cup dry coconut. Add nutmeg, cardamon powder and 3 cups ground sugar. Make laddus.
Iron rich complete food. Good 4 wtgain n children

Pasta in White wheat sauce

Ingredients:
150 GM pasta (any pasta)
2 cup milk
2-3 pods of garlic (optional)
2 slices of cheese
5~6 table spoon wheat powder
Herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary (powdered) as u like half spoon each
1 spoon pepper powder
Vegetables (baby corn, sweet corn, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, onion, olives)
2-3 spoon olive oil

Preparation:
Boil water, add salt 1 spoon oil. Add pasta in boiling water. . Let it cook for 10-12 mins. Once cooked strain pasta. . Rinse pasta in cold water n keep aside.

Heat oil in a vessel. . Add chopped veggies and chopped garlic (optional) . Add herbs..Let veggies cook . Mix wheat powder in water and make paste. Add 4-5 cups of water in cooked vegetables.  Once water is half boiled add wheat paste and milk. Let it cook. Add salt, pasta n cheese. . Allow to cook for another 3-4 mins. Serve hot

Garlic bread

Ingredients:
Bread
3 pods of garlic
3 spoons butter
1 spoon oregano
Cheese (optional)

Preparation:
Grate garlic and mix it with butter. Apply it on one side of bread and roast buttered side on low flame. When roasting other side of bread keep small cheese pieces on buttered side. So cheese will melt slightly . Sprinkle oregano on buttered side. Searve hot.
