Dal dokli recipe


Gavhachya pithat meti leaves, haldi, mirchi powder , ajavain, thode oil ani namak ghalun mix kele. Cooker madhey oil garam karun mohari jeera tadka mag tyat garlic thechun gatle. Thode partalyavar haldi lal mirch powder, daniya powder garcha kala masala ani pani gatle. Pani changle ukalyavar tyat pithachya polyanche square pieces takle. Mag mit ani chinch gud chatani. Quick Modaks

1 Cup freshly grated coconut
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
Rose essence and raspberry red color few drops
8 Tbsp condensed milk
4 tbsp sugar

Method:
Churn freshly grated coconut in a mixi jar for even texture. Now mix all above ingreadients in a microwave safe bowl. Put it in a microvawe on 100% power for 4 to 5 mins or till mixture becomes homogeneous. After the mixture cools down roll it in your favourite shape. My fav is modak.

2 tbs sajuk tup,
pawun wati sakhar,
paw wati mango pulp,
2 watya pani n
1 wati dudh

Sajuk tupawar rawa chan partun ghyayacha......gas agadi slow thewayacha.....chan lalsar bhajun zala ki garam dudh n pani ekatra karun ghalayacha.....ek waf aali ki mango pulp n sakhar ghalayachi....zakan theun ek 5 min wafun dhyayacha....thodasa tup bajuna sodayacha n gas banda karayacha...zakan theun dyacha tasach 5 min!
