Mutton Biryani

Non veg biryani-----
For Marination -
1 kg mutton ghevun tyat alla- lasoon paste 2-3 t sp ghalavi. Tyat 1/2 t sp halad, 1-2 t sp garam masala powder, salt taste pramane, hirvi mirchi+ jeere+ kothimbir yache vatan( tikhat kiti have tya pramane) ghalave. Tyat sadharan 1/2 lit te paun liter dahi ghalave. 1-2 tamal patra ghalavi. 2-3 tsp dhana powder ghalavi. 1-2 vati talalela kanda ghalava. And ek Tass marinate karun thevave. 
For rice------
Paun te 1 kg tandul( biryani rice) bhijvun thevava.
Eka motthya still chya bhandyat jitka rice aahe thyachya tippat pani ghyave. Tyat 1 tsp shajeere, khada garam masala ghalava. Jitake meet lagate tyachya tippat ghalave. Panyala ukali yeu dyavi. Mag tandalatale pani kadhun te ukalatya panyat takave. Tandool kachha pakka shijala ki pani nitalun ghyave. 

For final biryani-----
Jya bhandyat biryani karayachi asel te bhande aata gas var thevave. Tyat sadharan 1/4 kilo peksha thodese kami tel ghyave ani tyat 3-4 motthe kande ubhe ubhe chirun golden brown hoiparyant talave. Mag tyat masala lavlele mutton takun partave and cooker la 2 shitti karavi. Punha tya bhandyat ardhe shijalele mutton kadhun tyavar thoda cut kelela pudina, kothimbir and talalela kanda thode takave. Tyavar bhatacha layer takava. Tyavar 1/4 kg toop sodave. And punha pudina, kothimbir and talalela kanda takun zakun thevave. Gasvar ek tava thevun tyavar he bhande thevave. And gas barik karun zakun thevave. Sadharan 20-25 minutes madhe biryani ready
