spinach n cheese pancake

Its easy n full of proteins, carb iron n vit.

1/3 of kanik, maida, milk each. Wid 2 tbsp melted butter n salt. Mix these in 1 cup water n make batter. Heat nonstick tava , put d batter n turn tava. So that it spreads round. Cook for 30 sec each side. This quantity makes 7 pancakes.

Stuffing .. heat butter in pan, add onion, garlic for 2 min. Add spinach, tomato, salt ( all finely cut raw). Cook for 5 min. Remove fr gas n add grated cheese. Mix well.

Fill 2 tbsp stuffing inside pancake or serve on side of each pancake.
