Pepper n Garlic rassam:

take 5 to 6 cloves of garlic (big ones) deshi lasun asel tar 1 gadda, 1 spoon pepper, 1 spoon jeera crush all this coarsely. Heat ghee in a pan put mustard seeds, once it starts crackling add methi seeds, hing, 10 to 15 curry leaves, 1 spoon dhaniya powder, add crushed garlic pepper mixture fry fr 1 min. Add 1 spoon of tamarind pulp or limba evadhya chinchecha kol or you can use crushed boiled tomato bt I like it wid tamarind. Add water, salt as per taste, chopped coriander and boil till it becomes homogeneous. Serve hottt
