Dahiwada


Soak urad dal n moong dal in proportion of 4:1 for 4-5 hours.drain water. Grind it wid curry leaves, ginger,salt, coriander. Take small bowls n put 1 spoon batter n microwave on high for 1min.10 sec.
Soak wadas in warm water for 5 min. Squeeze out water n drop in curd.
Curd- sugar, salt, grated ginger, tadka of mustard n red chilly if u want.
Unlike frying all vadas come out uniform., soft ,spongy.... that melt in mouth
